Load up chapter 20, & if you haven't already upgrade the "Amulet of Uroborus"
Run to the back of the corridor, & wait until all the insects go in there.
Then jump out of it and use the amulet(L2, Square) until you get the trophy.
The insects get stuck back there, but they can still harm you, so block occasionally.

"Fatal_Fool" Suggested this chapter, I tested it, & found the bugs rarely get out from back there.(One bug got out once, but I just went back in and got it stuck there again)

Math for how long it takes to do this.

My friend had 2 insects when he did this method, so this math is based on his, but you can change numbers for yourself.

You need 100 slow downs & he had 2 insects so you divide them & get 50.
Then you multiply it by 15(the seconds it takes to recharge amulet) & get 750.
Last you divide that by 60(how many seconds in a minute) & get 12.5 minutes

100/2=50
50*15=750
750/60=12.5
