This trophy will pop after you destroy the soul-taking cauldron during your time in Ironwood. After a lengthy section where you'll be exploring and helping out Agraboda, you'll both set out to rescue a wolf from having its soul taken by Grýla, Agraboda's grandmother, and Agraboda will realise that the only way to stop her for good is to destroy the cauldron she uses. She will try to create a distraction for Atreus, but for a bow guy, he's not very stealthy and will end up getting caught, forcing you to find another angle before starting the boss fight in her kitchen.

In the first phase of the fight, you'll be on the same level as Grýla. Avoid getting close to her feet and dodge whenever she lunges at you or whenever you see a yellow circle, which indicates that she's about to throw a projectile. Trying to melee her at this point is futile - just wait for her cauldron to angle toward you so that the purple glowing rune is showing, then shoot your arrow. Do this four times and she’ll stumble to the floor. Rush over and pummel her with melee attacks until the next phase starts.

Immediately, the ground will start glowing red and you’ll need to get to safety using one of the painted ledges. Your main objective will be to draw her over to one of the candles on the counters by standing close to them, then when she’s close enough, pressing Square to instruct Agraboda to shoot it. You’ll then get more opportunities to shoot at the purple rune on the cauldron to whittle her health down more.

Just be careful to go back down to the ground level when the counters start glowing red, and to avoid the purple smoke and projectiles that she periodically sends your way. You can instruct Agraboda to shoot the candles from the ground level if necessary, though you’ll need to be careful to avoid Grýla’s feet. When she has a quarter of health remaining, you'll get another opportunity to melee attack her until the final phase begins.

Third Phase

The last phase is much of the same as the previous one and takes place in the same area, the main difference being that she will start walking backward, so after stunning her, you’ll need to run around to get a better angle on the cauldron. You should also try to shoot her projectiles rather than dodging them, as they’ll track you around the room. After damaging her enough to cause her to stumble, you'll get a prompt to spam Circle, and the trophy will pop after watching the cutscene and leaving the house.
