Project Level Mastery is related to one of our old power validation projects, Project X with the difference of realization the theory behind it. We begin with the first step at Lvl 45 with the rules:

Heroes level 45
Heroes enchant 40
Heroes grade 11
Set-Up heroes treasures level 45 (blue)
Forge equipment level 90
Forge Godly weapon grade 2
Goddesses favor level 45
