For some reason upscaling the internal resolution don't work well with my AMD GPU.
The image don't get smoothed as it supposed to be.
As a workaround I set my desktop resolution to 1080p using AMD VSR.
AMD VSR allows to use higher resolutions than the monitor native (768p in my case).
With that my entire desktop is 1080p and the GPU downscale it to 768p to my monitor. Hence the image is smooth as it should be.

Rendering the desktop at 1080p don't slow down the emulator, because PPSSPP have a separated resolution (as quoted above).

I've set Radeon ReLive to record at 1080p and in Kdenlive I've exported as 720p, so you are seeing the same smoothed image as me.
