Today, we're playing the first of two Godzilla-based games released on Game Boy. This was the only one we got in the West; Kaiju-o Godzilla is a JP exclusive that is closer to the 'Monster of Monsters' release we saw on the NES. You'd not know it was based on Godzilla if you hadn't seen the title screen. It's a cutesy puzzle platformer - totally not what I expected.
