From what I can tell, Soul Edge has two different soundtracks; the Super Battle Sound Attack album belonging to the Arcade version of Soul Edge, and Khan Super Session, belonging to the PlayStation version. This track comes from the Khan Super Session album.
In this regard, it's pretty interesting how the game has two different theme songs for each fighter in the game. Both of which can be used to define their personality. "Dragon's Call" in Super Battle Sound Attack describes Li Long's brutal determination; to find the person who killed his wife, and willing to kill every swordsman until he can find him.
But this track from Khan Super Session has a more gentle side to it, like its describing Li Long's character growth to discover who he really is after his battle against Cervantes.
