I thought this game looked familiar. It is based on the Atari Jaguar game, Tempest 2000. It even emulates its 90's disco feel with songs like these. Though of course, when I say "based on", I mean "ripped off". Those who played the game might know that its creator was sued for copyright infringement, and if Atari had nothing to do with this game, then they're kinda right to take legal action against Llamasoft, since this game is Tempest in every way.
