Golgo 13: Top Secret Episode (NES) - 05 Enemy Base (Acts 10-13/Ending)
1The final boss is pretty difficult to figure you, but the crux of it is that you have to destroy the red lights on top of the two cloning tanks as quickly as possible (it can be hard to tell if you are doing damage, but if you're reticle is lined up they will explode eventually).
Then you have to destroy any clones that have spawned (the clones have three progression forms: far away, closeup, disembodied head). Don't try to kill the clones before the red tank lights because the tanks will just spawn more.
Repeat the process with the next set of two cloning tanks and then the three cloning tanks after that.
Now there are no more clones, but you must destroy the three moving targets before finally shooting the red light below the brain and finishing it off with the sniper sequence.
