Gone Home Episode 1 (The Lights Are On, But Nobody is Home)
1Welcome to Gone Home, an exploration game by The Fullbright Company. Set in 1995, you play 21 year old Katie Greenbriar who has just returned from a long trip in Europe, and finds her family's new home deserted, with a note on the door from her sister telling her not to investigate and that they'll see each other again one day. Explore the house, open every door and drawer, and pick up and examine items in order to learn about your family and their past, and maybe figure out where everyone has gone.
This is strictly an interactive exploration based game with a strong focus on story, with details to find in every nook and cranny, and absolutely no combat or horror elements, just you, an empty house, and the sounds of a thunderstorm to accompany you.
