Gone Wandering really doesn't have much story. You're a girl in a boat with what looks like some kind of Yo-Kai steering you around. The collect butterflies. There are a ton of them, but four major ones you want to find. You can't, as far as I know, exit the boat and go on land at all. Despite this the land looks very fleshed out. It's kind of weird. Like you are picking up the souls of a dead world. But, that's just me. Trying it yourself and let me know what you think.
