716This is my comparison of the Google Nexus 4 vs Samsung Galaxy S3 (Galaxy SIII) with my thoughts on both devices.

The Google Nexus 4 that's manufactured by LG is the successor to the Galaxy Nexus that was manufactured by Samsung while the Samsung Galaxy S3 is the successor to Samsung's insanely popular Galaxy S2.
While the Google Nexus 4 and the Samsung Galaxy S3 have a lot of similarities, there are quite a few differences as well, lets take a closer look, hit play :)
EDIT: My Apologies, I forgot to mention the Smart Stay feature of the Galaxy S3 that uses the front facing camera to track your eyes and keeps the screen turned on as long as you are looking at it.
