Today we are here to continue the Pixel Buds video series by talking about battery & charging performance.

So let’s explain how this system works.

At first sight, wireless earbuds have an odd setup.

We have the battery powered earbuds, which are charged by a case.

The case also has a battery which is charged by USB-C cable or a charge pad.

All this sounds weird if you are new to truly wireless earbuds.

You mean I have to charge my earbuds with a battery that also has a battery that needs to be charged?

However, this setup actually works really well because it extends listening time on the go.

It’s the equivalent of having a battery case or battery pack for your smartphone to extend it’s battery range on the go.
