GAME RULES
1. Attacks, Items, and Switch Outs are determined with a Dice Roll
2. When a new Pokémon is encountered, a coin flip will determine if we can catch it, or will never be able to.
3. HM Mons are ok, but only as a back up. Cannot be used in battle.
4. Trade Evolutions are now Level-Based
5. New Rules can be added for Likes, Donations and New/Renewed Memberships
