This R9 270 java missing knock out component and only way to fix this is solder this components back

As first time i tried reflow as i think is standard problem but i been wrong
On second check I found missing component on PCB Graphic card
That`s been main reason why this GPU doesn`t work and have no signal output
I can record how i solder back this component but you can see resold card is fully working and that is main point off repair
