Gradius II PC-Engine 1-ALL No-Miss
6A no death 1-All clear of Gradius II for the PC-Engine CD, played on the default difficulty setting. Played on Retroarch with the Beetle PCE Core.
I prefer the PC-Engine CD port over the arcade original for a few reasons. There's a bunch of small adjustments like the force field's hitbox being tightened up and the crystals on stage 3 being less infuriating. There's also a bonus stage, which may or may not be a plus depending on how you see it. The stage itself is excellent but does make for a longer, slightly more stressful 1cc.
