Hello guys!! Its raceday!! We will be racing at the Laguna Seca circuit for round 8 of the 2021 FIA manufacturer series! This round features the Gr.4 racecars! It will be an all out no pitstop race for today and it will definitely be a long and hard one as we need to conserve our front tyres all throughout the race! DRIVER NOTES:
This was a very difficult round for the Volkswagen Scirocco. For all the races that we have done on this stream the first 8 to 9 laps will be the most crucial for this car as this is where the car is at its best. After that the car will jot down slower laptimes because the front tyres are really going to be used up bigtime. As for the races the first and second lobbies were really very dirty. I got rammed quite a bunch of times by different people on the first race and got torpedoed by bigwigbossman on the 2nd race. Tried to really keep up and push at the best that i could on both the first 2 races but sadly it didnt go well for me there. On to the 3rd race of the night i fully admit to my mistake of hitting Dr_kubrick going into the corner before the corkscrew. We were neck and neck from the start of the race until the point of incident which was completely my fault as i misjudged my braking point and ended up hitting him off the track (im really very sorry Dr._Kubrick-san) after that i felt really really bad but didnt have a good choice but to continue and focus on the race. At a point i got a nice overtake on the last corner getting the race lead and while i was at the lead i did some quite stupid mistakes on my own costing me to go down the order. Really pleased with the good result and points we got on the 3rd slot race tonight! Massive thanks to everyone who came by and supported us on this round!! Love you all guys! WORLD DOMINATION!!!
