Newest dark grand character, Lich. When everyone is expect for Fediel but Cygame give you Lich instead, What a surprise right? for another bone to waifu in dark element here lol

You may have weird feeling on first impression in her kit due inflict debuff to allies but actually her kit is kinda insane as her main damage source is come from Ghostly March passive and her 2nd skill which inflict debuff to all allies is serve for making Ghostly March stronger while 1st skill is serve as turning downside of allies debuff into your benefit.

So all debuff that she inflict to allies are completely no harm since Death Grace will convert damage 500 DoT damage from both Poisoned and Putrefied to HP recovery so 1000 heal at every end of turn and her skill is useable in full auto too. This make her can be both damaging and healer in full auto for your team not to mention if boss inflict DoT debuff. Light ATK Down and Dark Def Down also meanless to your team cuz your team is dark so your damage dealt isn't light but dark and you usually use dark against light foe, even foe can deal superior elemental damage still not problem as she also grants Light Switch to all allies too. Thank to her ougi which reduce skill CD and how fast she fill her gauge, she likely have 1T downtime for both s1 and s2 (base on my experience)

I think aside from full auto she also can be good in high difficult content due her Light Switch and delay on ougi with fast gauge fill however you have to beware of plain damage as it's not good for her due her 1st passive. Her 1st passive is similar to G.Sandalphon's 2nd passive, innate high stat but can't normally healed, take Dot every turn and convert DoT damage to recovery HP, plain damage is bad to her cuz it's will be hardly to recover her HP after taking it. If you want to heal her by large amount answer would be Justice's call effect.

3rd skill is kinda just like her 2nd life, if she is revived by Undead Advent she will be inlifcted with Impurity debuff which reduce her HP by 3000 and gauge reduce by 10% at end of turn. This debuff make her can heal herself by converting DoT up to 5000. 1000 from 1st passive + 1000 from s2 Poisoned and Putrefied debuff and 3000 from Impurity debuff. Also -10% gauge isn't big deal for her in my opinion.

With 1 Agonize +1 [Pain and Suffering] that I used, her damage still can't match Lv150 Seox but I don't sure about Lich Vs Lv150 Seox with 2 Agonize+2 [Pain and Suffering] but from what I saw other, her damage can match or slightly higher non-Lv150 Seox though

What's difference between Seox and Lich?
In my opinion Lich deal skill dmg more frequency than Seox with have very well sygernise with supplemental dmg from Agonize + [Pain and Suffering] and that's her main damage source but Seox he have higher cap and can easily hit cap even against high DEF foe, every of him can be damaging and sometime you may have him tank multi-hit attack.

In conclusion, I think both of Seox and Lich would be 2 best damaging character for dark as of now but just Seox's performance is good on any grid you used while Lich performance in term of damage will depend on grid. With right grid her damage can be at least higher than Lv130 Seox so it's can say that her strenght will be depend on grid too
