Valentine chuunibyou boy is one of what I expected to get from spark but didn't expect that will got him for 3 times... well let's ignore about that

his gimmick is somehow similar to Loberia which all of his skill are link skill and has 1 turn cooldown, both of them 1st skill can use every turn to turn gain thier stack's lvl and 3rd skill will cost 10 stack lvl but it's has permanent duration

his 1st is 6 hits wind damage to random foes and raise Cyclone lvl by 1, 2nd skill will cost 7 Cyclone lvl to deal 20 hits to random foes and inflict ATK Down, DA Down, TA Down and Unbridled Storm (accurary down) debuff, 3rd skill will employ local field which has effect that can deal critical hit regardless of element, 10% critical chance+50%critical damage boost to all foes and supplemental damage for 30k for all allies, 1000 for all foes, charge bar fill up is lower by 35% but guarantee triple attack and hit normal attack will deal 3 hits to random foes instead, at end of turn, gain raise Cyclone lvl by 1 if allies deal damage for 30 hits or more to current target in that turn, hit ougi deal no damage but will grants all wind allies 100% critical chance + 30% critical damage up for wind damage and Keen buff

his kit look simple but when it come to use he actually powerful character one, his gimmick is involve around taking advantage from supplemental damage by deal multi hit attack, due his normal attack will counted as 3 separate damage instances deal 3 hits damage to random foes each time, but almost of bosses fight only one foe, few bosses that has multi target for earth or non-element bosses are Medusa, Baal and Faa-san, so except those bosses Grimnir's attack will deal 3 hits each time to 1 target and he guarantee deal TA so it's will be 9 hits of normal attack each turn, let's me explain to you how op he is, example your normal attack cap at 720k, Grimnir's attack will separate to 3 damage instances with 240k damage each instances and supplemental damage are applied to each damage instance and your supplemental damage source are 30k supplemental from Hollowsky weapon, 50k from Keen buff, 30k from his field and 30k from FLB Belial, you will get total 140k supplemental damage and this will apply to to all of your 240k instances damage so his normal attack boosted total will be 420k and include this with normal attack that cap at 720k, he will deal 1.14m damage each time and it's not over yet, echoes buff will also APPLY TO EACH DAMAGE INSTANCES, that mean per 1 echoes buff he will get 3 more hits instead of one, and supplemental damage boosted total will changed from 420k to 840k, what a broken.....

overall he is powerful attacker, perhap even higher dps than his original version but because this version is more focus on attack so his kit won't provide utility for team as original, anyway with how he broken that I told you it's enough to make you overlook the fact that his ougi deal no damage, and his buff from ougi also good for improve your team damage because his critical buff chance is 100% and also make you get benefit from Keen regardless of your grid is 100% critical grid or not, tbh he would be too broken if his deal damage..... his potential will be up to your team setup, more supplemental damage and echoes source will make him more and more stronger, due how multi hits he deal, raise his Cyclone lvl from deal 30 hits damage in one turn isn't hard thing, in my opinion his 2nd main usage would be for damage and inflicted debuff is bonus from using skill also becareful about his field too, if boss has a lot of multi hits special attack, that 1000 supplemental damage can be drawback to you because you will get much more damage from that attack than usually, it's like you usually take 300-400 damage each hit but with field you take 1300-1400 each hit instead, and last thing I think he may be not bad for full auto and pair him with Tiamat because hit normal attack power is really strong and about skill he will use only 1st skill and 2nd skill when Cyclone lvl is 7 or more

too bad that I still unable to FLB Belial atm because lack of 1 Sunlight stone but as soon as GW is started, I will able to FLB him by trade my Valors for Sunlight stone
