Gerald McReary wants Niko Bellic to chase and assassinate an Ancelotti named Frankie Garone. In order to do this, Gerald leads Niko over at his fridge a dead Albanian thug in its clothes. Gerald wants him to disguise himself as an Albanian thug to create even more trouble between the two gangs.
As Niko is in disguise, he gets on the red and gold PCJ-600 to do the job and rides to the meeting point in Star Junction. Upon arrival, Frankie Garone is already having a meeting with an Albanian, whom he has beaten him up. But as Frankie turns to Niko waiting, he freaks out and escapes in his NRG 900. Niko chases and kills Frankie Garone through some side streets and alleyways.
After Frankie Garone is killed, the mission is completed. Niko calls Gerry that Frankie is dead, with Gerry applauding him for a good job. However, he informs Niko that he could be going to prison since he feels that the police could come in at the McReary house. Niko wishes him the best of luck if he does end up inside, as Gerry tells him to look after his family.
