Niko meets Ray Boccino at Drusilla's restaurant in Little Italy. During the cutscene, Ashley Butler from The Lost and Damned makes an appearance and has a connection with Ray in TLaD.
Otherwise, Ray wants Niko to collect diamonds that members of The Lost MC had stashed in trash bags at certain locations throughout Algonquin. To do so, Niko meets three workers for the Liberty Sanitation Department: Luca Silvestri, Joseph "Tuna" DiLeo and Johnny "Spaz" Barbosa. They will be collecting diamonds in garbage bags with a Trashmaster garbage truck, as Luca hands Niko his LSD outfit.
When the collecting of garbage bags with diamonds in them are in the back of the garbage truck, the Messina crime family in an Oracle suddenly appears and chases them. After escaping and killing them, Niko drives the Trashmaster to the depot in Fishmarket South.
Afterwards, Luca promises to unload the garbage bags for Niko, as the mission comes to a conclusion.
