Bike Or Biker Achievement - 30GS

Complete BMX or NRG challenge

The easiest way to obtain this Achievement is to do the NPG Challenge in San Fierro near the Docks.
The Challenge consists of riding the NPG through the Red Targets to extend your time.
For the out of reach markers get a good run up and push down on the RT and you shouldn't have any problems hitting the markers up high.

You can also do the Bike Challenge in Glen Park.
