Graphics Too Realistic - No Longer a Game?

Often I see tech demo's and just everything with a relevance to computing is advancing ever-so quickly. Graphics aren't far behind, usually exceeding a 20% increment of polygons each year.
Next (current) gen systems are now here and slowly bolstering the prowess of the graphical world.
Now then.. Will there be a point where the graphics are too realistic that it no longer feels like a game?
