So as it turns out you can learn more than just burst techniques from Nega, as whenever you return to the Guardian corps HQ after defeating one of the eight rebel Circuits and speak to him at some point before you tackle the next Circuit stage, he will share some information on what that Circuit's personality was like, or what they did in the past (mainly their personality), but an important thing to remember is that you can technically only get seven of these during the game (unless you do what I did when recording these and start the game over after beating the seventh Circuit), this is due to an event that occurs after all eight of the rebel Circuits have been defeated.....
