In this part, trial resumes. The police confirm there is no poison on the knife. Raiten Menimemo takes the stand. He testifies that he saw the murder, but he never once set foot inside the hut. Susato proves he is lying, because his pen was found in the victim's hand. She confirms the pen is his, because it has his initials and the logo of his company.
Menimemo admits that he did a brief interview with the victim inside the hut, shortly before the murder. He agrees to testify, as long as Mr. Natsume testifies with him. He claims Mr. Natsume has a big secret!
