GreedFall Cheathrough - Pt. 12
0This is my cheathrough of GreedFall, a semi-open world RPG set in the medieval with magic setting. It has great voice acting and graphics with expansive areas to explore and find hidden treasures. The story is about discovery, since you traveled to a new continent unknown to your lands and are trying to settle, despite the natives and strange wild life trying to fight back. Your search on the new island is to find a cure to the Malicor, a plague, that has ravaged your homeland. The biggest disappointment in this game is by far the lip sync, it is atrocious and probably detracts of the game is you pay too much attention to it, it just dont look at the character lips when they are talking. The second disappointment is the fighting mechanics being too simple, there is simply not a lot variations that you can do in combat to kill something. It devolves down into mele with weapons, shoot with gun or magic, and use a few skills here and there. If there was more skills or variations to the combat, this game would have been great. As it is i would give this game a 7/10 good game.
