Street discipline was exactly what it says on the 'label'. Nothing but city races, all in unmodified road cars. From hatchbacks to hypercars. Only a few is left out of it but is instead in 'Tuner'. (Don't need three guesses as to why)
Pity an update never came to pass for consoles to have them race outside of streets in matchmaking/playlist mode. I think...before leaving the game long ago.

Was my favourite alongside 'Tuner' stuff back in the day.
And yes, Nissan was stern (and still is) when it comes to having custom liveries on their brand of cars. Only allowing the Ai teams to have theirs on one of their cars in the 'Endurance' discipline and player liveries for the Skyline GT-R in 'Tuner'. I don't mind to be honest, the factory colours suit me just fine.
