In this video we review the first Early Access version of the game Grip that's coming to PC and PS4.

In its current state the game is very early in development but already shows that the developer is keen to capture the original spirit of Roll cage from 1999 and 2000.

For now if you want to get racing its probably better to wait at least 6 months or so for the game to develop more, with ourselfs waiting in baited breath for a proper multiplayer mode as that's where we believe the real fun will be.

- From the developer -

Inspired by the Rollcage games of 1999 and 2000, GRIP is a new IP for a new generation. A return to the hardcore combat racer, bristling with heavy weapons and packing ferocious speed, the game is an intense, sensory feast.

Harnessing the awesome potential of Epic's Unreal Engine 4, GRIP will take you back to your nostalgic past, while simultaneously propelling you into a kick-ass future.

- More information -

Will there be XBOX/MAC/Linux versions?

Currently, GRIP is only slated for PS4 and Windows on PC. However, once the game is finished and released we will be taking a view as to whether there’s enough demand to spend the money to port the game. If it works out that it at least breaks even then we’ll do it. We’re happy to port it for our fans at cost price.

Will there be DRM-free digital versions?

We’re not planning DRM-free digital versions at the present time, however there's a while before release to explore DRM-free options.

Will GRIP fully support gamepads and steering wheels?

Yep!

Will there be LAN multiplayer support?

Absolutely!
