In competitive Pokémon among the top players it's an accepted belief, due to the introduction of leftovers and maximum EVs across all stats, that #gscou is bulkier than any other generation. While there's evidence to suggest it's true, it does not mean that the generation is balanced or safe.
In this video I discuss with examples why this statement misleads low and high level players into believing that it's the most skill intensive tier or it's the best tierb(or worst tier).

As it turns out there are more paths than one to victory in competitive Pokémon and generation 2 is no exception. An unlucky critical hit can be as devastating here as in any other generation. And fewer options and more turns, let's just say it, doesn't always mean bulky.
