NOTE: So instead of doing codes specific for each character I decided to just lump it all into one code and try to explain it a bit. Any of the 8 of the 88s can be changed to a 4 or 0 to modify the level and it generally goes in order of the Character Modifiers, General Hawk through Snake Eyes. Sorry its a lot of lines but the alternative would of been the same.
