For those who asked, this is the steam version, however most mods won't work on this version. If you want to install any GTA IV mods then you will have to downgrade from the Rockstargames / Steam to the older versions: 1.0.8.0 or 1.0.7.0. You can search up on YouTube or Google how to install mods that would help with the frames or any other issues which is definitely needed with this game.
