GTA IV (PC) Performance Test
12Armed with a decent PC (AMD 64 4800+, 2 GB RAM, 8800 GTX) and much lower than usual in-game settings (800x600 Windowed mode, Medium graphics settings), I pop in Grand Theft Auto IV and expect vast improvements over higher resolutions and graphical settings.
Keep an eye on the upper-right hand corner of the video, as I have FRAPS running in the background and monitoring my frames per second the entire time. Also keep in mind that FRAPS, when not recording videos, does NOT impact my frames per second in games and takes up minimal resources.
