Whilst Casino missions are on bonus money and RP (currently 22nd to 28th April 2021), they are a great way to rank up.
Loose Cheng is particularly good if you own a Toreador because it has infinite rockets and there are tons of bad guys who are easy cannon fodder. On X3 you get 75 RP per kill for bad guys on foot, and 94 RP for those on bikes if you set your aim preference to free aim, and this racks up really fast. You will need a random player or friend to do this with you, however if you kill quickly with toe Toreador you should be fine. And if they die, restarting doesn't matter as you actually get more RP from re-killing the bad-guys. Also when it's on bonus week, lots of people will join.
Here I get 19,221 with the X3 bonus in 9 minutes 30 seconds, so 2,023 RP per minute.
