0Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas 'Misappropriation' mission 87 walkthrough - Carl must get a dossier containing dirt on Frank Tenpenny and Eddie Pulaski by heading to Aldea Malvada and taking out the DEA and FBI. I tried to take out the helicopter before he got in but the game said no! :(
