GTA San Andreas - Hidden Character Dialogue Showcase
1,735This video will showcase some interesting secret dialogue when you run over a pedestrian with a Quadbike while having someone sitting next to CJ.
Unfortunately, though - this feature is completely broken. When using any car or any bike to run over a pedestrian (while having a storyline/freeroam character sitting next to you), no dialogue is played out. It will only activate with a Quadbike.
Another method to activate these voice lines involves pushing a pedestrian gently into a wall, without knocking them over. If done correctly, the character sitting in your vehicle will act as if CJ killed the pedestrian. It's easier to just run over people with a Quadbike, you'll get the same dialogue, anyway.
