Well i saw this myth on the wiki i had to check for myself... i saw some people myth hunting on the very same spot and they aint saw it, i guess it need 100% of the game to unlock maybe... in any case its there, its not fake nor mod, also its not a glitch nor polution or smoke. WTV it is, its a FX particle effect created by rockstar (i know it is because i use to mod for LOTR and i made some particles and effects with lights and smoke) and its a GAME FEATURE not a glitch, wtv it is, its a mystery! :D keep looking for the creepy guys!

i will post a pic with location if people want to but its so easy to find... 20 meters east of the bike race, under that bridge u guys can see on the video, cant miss it, the tuff is to find the phantom, stay still for a sec so it start to form, also notice the changes in pattern and speed, shapes and vortex are formed, veeery creepy indeed, to me that smoke might be demons, like those from supernatural series lol or something else but wtv it is, its evil lol

they might have some relations with the black spider webs i dunno, i know there are 2 webs know, but how many of those phantoms exist? anybody else know about other spots ??? PLZ share ;)
