GTA VC Chaos Mod (v23.08.31.1). This mod activates new effects every 45 seconds (30 seconds by default) resulting in a very crazy and chaotic playthrough with over 400 effects to be chosen from at random. The aim of the playthrough is to complete every story mission and payphone mission (though i may do some side missions by choice). Music is also included with the mp3 player, using hopefully, copyright free songs.
