Strategy analysis:
You firstly need the m249 and complete fire fighter mission in order for u to obtain the fireproof ability, so u wouldn't have to deal Armando's flamethrower and kill him easily.

Secondly, u have to get on the bike that is parked next to a palm tree with having to chase them on a bike, it would be a lot faster to get out and get on again which is very important to the next step u are gonna do - In the first part where Lance is getting attacked by Mendez's men u have to overtake the car they're driving, go a few distance, get out of your vehicle, use manual aim and then wait for them to get near u. If u did the typical strategy where u use the driveby feature instead one or all of the enemies inside the
car will shoot at u instead of Lance.

Thirdly, the final part where u have to fight ur way in to Mendez's mansion u have to go to the film studio and get into the Deluxo parked in there,
and drive to the mansion that is on the right of Mendez's mansion so u can use it to hop over the wall skipping the enemies from the front of Mendez's mansion. Becareful, sometimes 1 or 2 of Mendez's men spawn near the pool where u are obligated to go in order to progress snipe them like I did in the video and then run for the door

Finally after getting inside be quick and equip m249 and use it to kill Mendez faster.
