GTX 1660 Super is more than enough to run this game, the GPU is almost sleeping, 1080p or 4K, it will quite similarly (capped at 60fps of course).
V-sync and MSAA can make the game slower at higher resolutions, using MSAA 8X is unnecessary.

04:10 - 4K (The 4K resolution doesn't appear for me to choose it, I had to use the borderless windows at 4K resolution to work, you might need to do the same if you want to play at 4K)
