A lawsuit has been filed over the death of Christopher Lopez. On March 17, 2013 Lopez died while incarcerated in the San Carlos Correctional Facility. Lopez died on a concrete floor struggling to breath while guards watched through the food slot to his cell. David Lane, the lawyer behind the lawsuit has also released video footage that shows the barbaric treatment that Lopez, who suffers from schizophrenia, received from the guards at the San Carlos Correctional Facility...
