Throughout the game there are many buildings with locked doors. Walk against these doors and it will count for the trophy, usually James will put his hand on the door and this signifies that it is locked. This trophy will most likely come naturally throughout a playthrough however you can unlock it in the first area of the game “South Vale East Side”. There are lots of shops and other buildings with locked doors, just keep running into them like in the video.

This also tracks across all playthroughs, so you do not need to do it in a single run.
