...I hate this character. I mean it. This character is one of the biggests piles of shit in all of Mugen. It takes a good bit to piss me off, but this creation always ticks me off.
Also Guile, he be badass combo maker of doom.
Rank: High damage, ability to get out of any attack. Combo whore. Worst range spammer ever. Don't believe me let me describe a normal battle with thor.
LIGHTING STRIKE! LIGHTING STRIKE! HAMMER THROW! *insert any number of supers here* OMG MAKE THE SCREEN DARK AND BE EVEN MORE OF A CHEAPASS FOR LIKE A MINUTE! AWESOME!

Weakness: Combo his ass back. Launch him up and never let him touch the ground again. It should go well from there.
