Open HxD https://mh-nexus.de/en/programs.php , drop "GameDir\RED\Binaries\Win64\GGST-Win64-Shipping.exe", click CTRL+F, change TAB to "Hex-values" and search for "OFFLINE & ONLINE Black Bars" values and paste "No Bars Value". This will remove Black Bars.
