GUN4IR Review : The BEST Light Gun for Emulation
132In this GUN4IR review, we test the modded guncon2 with a variety of systems, including Windows / Steam, Batocera, EmuELEC, The A500 Mini, and the Pandora Box DX. Gun4IR also works for the MISTer system, and for various cores on the Raspberry Pi / Retropie.
GUN4IR is a lightgun system that works with most, if not ALL TV or monitors, as it uses 4 LEDs and a camera on the guncon to sense where it is, rather than a traditional light gun solution. This means it'll work for CRTs, IPS displays, and even projectors, too.
Using a USB connector, it is compatible with a variety of software, as we demonstrate in this GUN4IR video review.

The Gun4IR is extremely accurate, compatible, has low latency, and is authentic as it uses original GUNCON parts. The only downsides are the messy cables needed and the high cost.
