PvP Review (LB1 Maia and LB5 GnB):

TL;DR I play tested the twins and Maia on a lot of PvP battles and scenarios, and have come to the conclusion that Maia is a lot better than the new twins.

STRENGTHS (Gwen & Brigit):
-Deals a ton of damage. Self buffs with crit rate and crit damage. Her main role is a DPS.
-Allows all allied girls to heal and increase speed if they trigger a critical hit.
-Harbinger passive ignores "dmg reduction" and "dmg depletion" attributes. This can make tanky girls like Holly feel like butter.

STRENGTHS (Maia):
-In PvP, good teams usually have a buffer or top tier girls who can self buff. Maia can disable these buffs and simultaneously deal a ton of damage, and of course shields don't block these (just like how Nephi's passive work).
-Her survivability in PvP is quite remarkable. one of the best in game actually. If you look at the video, my Maia is only LB1 and she can survive a fight against LB5 girls pretty well even without LB5 shield. She basically has her own Monica-level survival button.
-Her damage isn't much affected by attack debuffs like GnB. Most of her damage comes from a multiplier which calculates damage based off of enemies' lost HP (just like the broken Kratos passive when attacking low HP enemies)
-She debuffs enemy attacks with her basic attack and can steal energy when attacked.

WEAKNESSES (Gwen & Brigit):
-Heavily dependent on active skill to deal a ton of damage and trigger Harbinger effect. Can easily be countered by energy draining girls like Vivian, Apate, or Maia.
-Her single hit damage is massive. So massive in fact that it can completely heal enemies with Izanami shields. She's not like Angelica who can easily chip away shields. LB5 shields can also block her Harbinger passive. Shields are her biggest weakness.
-Her kit heavily relies on high attack attribute. Harbinger passive cannot crit. So it's up to her attack attribute to make this stronger and sadly, we have lots of counters to reduce attack attributes already. some common counters are Holly, Diana, and Mika.
-As mentioned before, Harbinger passive (her strongest hit) CANNOT CRIT. This makes the best support for her which is Kassy a little bit useless. Kassy's passive to increase the crit damage of allies is doubled for assassin's like GnB but sadly GnB doesn't benefit fully with this. It's still a good combo though because of the extra Attack attribute but the extra crit is wasted so much.
-Just like Angelica, she needs a good support to like Monica to help her survive the battlefield. She's so squishy compared to Maia. She needs attack increasing buffs too. Her supports are very expensive.
-She suffers from "overstacking of Gilded Butterflies". It's best if she can trigger Harbinger when enemies have 5-7 Gilded Butterflies. Having more Gilded Butterflies does increase her crit values BUT again Harbinger cannot crit. If enemies have 10+ Gilded Butterflies, that means GnB have likely had their energy reduced and was stuck doing basic attacks. and the worst part is, Harbinger clears all of these Gilded Butterflies (wouldn't have been an issue if Harbinger reduces 5 butterflies instead of clearing all)

WEAKNESSES (Maia):
-nothing significant i can think of. Good dmg, good defense, good debuffs. I guess the only downside is she doesn't buff your team lol. but it really isn't a negative as she heavily cripples enemies anyways.
