As of now it looks like valve anti-cheat isnt fixed up to this day as i was on a casual match on ctf 2_fort. this hacker thinks its funny to do all these hacks but really its not. Hacks are bad and you can't buy skill. you earn skill by actually playing the game. Here's his steam account.
