Hacking a Fighter Bay

134I'll be honest, I've never actually seen these launch fighters... but hacking them will disable them.
Steps:
1. Scan the megaship with the Data Link scanner
2. Scan the Fighter Bay with the Data Link scanner
3 (Optional) Engage silent running to avoid fines/bounties.
4. Fire a recon limpet at the Limpet Docking Port on the Fighter Bay
5. Wait til the hack finishes
