This game was a lot shorter than I remembered it being! I actually thought the Net Slum thing came halfway through the game so I was surprised to see it was more something they show off at the end. I do enjoy this games rising action, though I'll admit it's probably the weakest of the volumes looking back and comparing it. Infection set up a lot so it's iconic, Outbreak had some shocking plot moments and memorable feelings of isolation to me, and Quarantine is well, the culmination of the series. Not to say Mutation is bad, I even thought it was my favorite for awhile since Outbreak depressed me over certain events, but I think now as an adult this game feels more a calm before the storm kind of game.
I'm sure a few people will be sad over some stuff that happens in Outbreak so be sure to prepare yourself this upcoming month!

The game never got rereleased outside of its original PS2 run, so if youd like to play I recommend having 400 dollars to burn or to emulate it.
