Hadean Tactics, developed and published by Emberfish Games, is a game that mixes roguelike deckbuilding with auto-battling, or auto-chess. It was a game that caught my attention because I had not seen the combination before, and while I'm not what I would consider a huge fan of auto-battlers, I am familiar with the genre. More than anything I was curious if Hadean Tactics would find an interesting method of mixing two genres where randomness is an unavoidable part of the equation.
