992UPDATE: Supergiant released a balance patch that changed a lot aspects just a few days after this was posted, RIP. Highlights:
-You can get Godsent Hexes after the fact (this helps aspect of Selene)
-Axe attack sequence buffed (helps Mel Axe and Than)
-Shiva reworked and feels pretty nice now
I wouldn't say that anything really belongs in D tier in terms of power level now, maybe even C tier. They've done a great job listening to players and balancing the weapons, I'll have a new aspect list for 1.0!
