Hajime's Despair... and HOPE! [Main Game End] ; Danganronpa 2 [Part 62]
Once again, you all pulled off 30 likes and... here is the final part of the main story of the game! While I will continue to play the game more (Island Mode and the IF novel) I will be taking a day or so to recooperate... however if this video gets 50 likes, as well as part 1 which I will post below this paragraph gets 50 likes by tonight at 2 am, I will start recording the extra stuff tonight as well. (If not, I'll get a good night's rest considering I am still in pain as I type this)

Anyways... this game... was awesome. I enjoyed this game as much as I enjoyed playing the first one solo. While the first had some good things, I will agree that the 2nd game does feel like it flows better as far as power ups and level ups go. I will have to subtract that it kinda sucks you couldn't "hang out" with certain people and get to understand them if they were say... Byakuya or Nagito at the beginning of the game. (considering you need to have 5 sessions with people and only get 4 before the first killing) It's a small negative, but I REALLY wanted to get Byakuya done ASAP and got hit with a NOPE at the first killing. (Kinda got bummed out by it and will mention it next video too)
I like how, while some of the stuff was almost the same from the first game, they actually mixed it up and made it new as well. Hangman's Gambit can go screw off of course, but other than that Non-stop debates, my favorite thing due to the soundtrack from it gets the "contradiction" statements AND the "consent" statements so it's not all about going against someone. Panic Talk Action, while this entire game besides Chapter 1 I didn't know how to do them... Chapter 5 is when I actually FINALLY know how to do them and actually am good at them and do like how they make sense most the time... besides "Meat on the Bone" hahaha... Closing Arguments, besides the hiccup on Chapter 1 with "guarding duty" I think they made them A LOT better and once everything is right, instead of saying "you're wrong" and taking away from the argument thinking what should go where... it goes through the entire thing with no stops. Rebuttal showdowns were one of the new things that reminded me of a nonstop debate... it was a "one on one" nonstop debate and I do like how it was pretty much a "slice and dice" through their argument sorta ordeal. Then finally the logic dives being the other new thing which... was a different step and felt more mini game'ish than anything else but it was a rather relaxing mini game to take away from the stress of say... a Hangman Gambit.
As far as story, I didn't ever think about everyone being an "Ultimate Despair" however, considering Mikan wasn't the traitor and had started acting different in terms of "remembering who she was"... It all makes sense, considering that is the first "true" time you should know about them being it since before then, while their may have been subtle clues, that was the big one. Although I'll be honest, I do wish the "Big 3" from the first game played more of a part in this one than showing up last minute hahaha... then again though, apparently Hajime's character trait is a bit more blunt than Makoto's and I do like that about Hajime since he can be less of a pushover than Makoto (from the first game... since it seems like Makoto now has made some grounds considering how he now is in charge of the 14th division by the sound of that one email)
In all, while I still have a bit more to do in the game, I can't wait for "Another Episode" to come out this Fall (September 1st being the date as of when this video is put up)
And yes, after this playthrough is completely over with, I will be playing Persona 4 Golden. I may have been a bit hesitant on the series at first considering A LOT of channels got hit with Copyright Strikes because of a certain Russian actress if I recall, so much that they couldn't even be brought back from being shut down... but I think that is long gone and done as well as fixed so I shouldn't have too many problems with that.
